OptimAir
Two-way active chilled beam for false ceiling applications
Description and function
OptimAir is a water- and air-borne induction unit with bidirectional air diffusion, recommended for commercial applications such as office buildings, shopping malls, retail stores, restaurants, and hotels, where a combination of ventilation, cooling, and/or heating is required. OptimAir is designed primarily for false ceiling installations but can be supplied with an optional Coanda frame for visible mounting. The unit is available with two plenum alternatives for Small (S) or Large (L) airflows and a high-capacity heat exchanger option to best suit the cooling and/or heating demand of the conditioned space.
For added flexibility, OptimAir can be supplied with adjustable nozzles, enabling adjustments of the primary airflow even after installation. The nozzles are thoughtfully positioned above the heat exchanger to maximize the coil’s effect and optimally mix the primary supply air with the induced room air. This results in a well-conditioned space, providing consistent cooling across the room while focusing on the thermal and acoustic comfort of the occupants. For additional flexibility and efficiency, OptimAir can be equipped with our latest generation CA-CB on-board digital controller developed for DCV (Demand-Controlled Ventilation) requirements.
Because water is a more effective medium for heat transfer compared to air, chilled beams are an outstanding energy-efficient solution, reducing the overall energy needed for cooling, heating, and ventilation. Airflow range
47-317 m³/h (13-88 l/s)
Materials
The visible front panel and outer air deflector frame is made of galvanized sheet metal. The fold-down front panel comes with circular perforation holes, as standard. All visible parts are powder coated in standard white RAL 9003 color. The plenum box is made of galvanized sheet metal, with an EPDM rubber sealing on the air connection spigot. The heat exchanger consists of copper and aluminium. The AirFlex air deflectors are made of Polyamide (PA) plastic.

PremiAir
Four-way active chilled beam for false ceiling applications
Description and function
PremiAir is a water- and air-borne induction unit with four-way air diffusion, recommended for all types of commercial applications such as office buildings, shopping malls, retail stores, restaurants, and hotels where a combination of ventilation, cooling, and/or heating is required. PremiAir is designed primarily for false ceiling installations, but is available with an optional Coanda-frame for visible mounting.
As an option, the unit can be supplied with adjustable nozzles for high flexibility, enabling adjustments of the primary airflow even after the unit has been installed. The nozzles are positioned to optimally mix the primary supply air with the induced room air, ensuring a well-conditioned space, providing consistent cooling across the room, whilefocusing on the thermal and acoustic comfort of the occupants.
Because water is a more effective medium for heat transfer compared to air, PremiAir is an outstanding energy-efficient option, reducing the overall energy needed for cooling and ventilation rates. For additional flexibility and efficiency, PremiAir can be quipped with our latest generation CA-CB on-board digital controller developed for DCV (Demand-Controlled Ventilation) requirements.
